- 1 & 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries You can use fresh pitted Cherries if available
- 1 Small Banana Frozen or Fresh
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt - Cherry flavored or plain You can use plain greek yogurt as well.
- 1 Cup Cran-Cherry Juice or Cran-Grape Juice You can also use Apple juice, milk, nutmilk or water
First... Add your cherries, banana, yogurt, and fluid to your blender.
Then... Lock on and blend for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth,.
