Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use fresh berries if available
  • 1 small Banana, sliced Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 cup Milk Use nut milk to make it dairy free
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain, fat free is what I use
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional) You can add dates as a sweetner

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen berries, banana slices, milk, greek yogurt, and honey(if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed untill smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk untilldesired consistency is reached.
  • Pour into glass and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize this recipe by adding other fruits or greens. Frozen berries and banana make it thick and creamy.  Using honey or dates is optional to make your smoothie sweeter. Using a high-speed blender is essential to get a smooth and creamy texture. Don't hesitate to experiment with adding nuts or protein powder for extra nutrition.
