Ingredients
  

  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries You can use fresh pitted Cherries if available
  • 1 Small Banana Frozen or Fresh
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt – Cherry flavored or plain You can use plain greek yogurt as well.
  • 1 Cup Cran-Cherry Juice or Cran-Grape Juice You can also use Apple juice, milk, nutmilk or water

Instructions
 

  • First… Add your cherries, banana, yogurt, and fluid to your blender.
  • Then… Lock on and blend for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth,.
  • Next… Serve and Drink up!

Notes

  • Frozen fruit gives smoothie its creamy texture.
  • You can use any yogurt, milk or juice at hand; add as much for your desired consistency.
  • The color of the smoothie may change depending on what you use as liquid.
  • You can add protein powder, seeds or nuts to your smoothie. 
  • A few drops of almond extract or vanilla extract will give your smoothie an extra kick.
